Ripping House - picture issue

I'm using handbrake to rip house, but when i watch it in full screen afterwords there is black on all 4 sides of the screen. What is the best size to set it to rip at to not have this like when you buy it on itunes? How do i change the size?

you need to tinker with the picture settings in handbrake.
