Ripping Internet Steam Video

Hi, I've been trawling the net for the past hour trying to figure out how to rip video streams for download on to my hard drive.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/livelounge/

And I wanted to rip the performances but I can't figure out anyway of doing it. I was wondering if somebody could help me out by telling me how.

Below the videos is a link watch in Windows Media Player click it then let it load then right click save as, This only works if you have Flip4Mac and QT Pro
