Use Mac the Ripper to rip a load to your hard drive then set Handbrake a long list of DVDs and just let it chug through them. I would rip 10 DVDs at a time or so and then just tell Handbrake to go through them all non stop.

Mac the Ripper doesn't like any dvds I've tried ripping. I'm guessing its some kind of copy protection. Have you ran into this?

I was using the Latest 2.6.6. I tried Underworld: Evolution and Hitch.

Hmm, that might be why. I'm using the latest 3.0 beta (3.0 - R14d). Donate to the project (instructions are in their forum) and get the latest version I think they fixed some problems with some copy protection schemes with it.
