Ripping songs from shared iTunes libraries?

Is there an app to do this? We've got a network at work, and some people were wanting to copy some of my music, but it's a hassle..

when you share your music remeber that dialog that pops up saying it is for personal use only? Apple does nt want this to be possilbe, and i know one of app that did this that had to bu shut down, so as of right now this is not legally possilbe, sorry
