ripping streaming video from a flash player on a website

hi, i am trying to rip the video from this website (http://www.mtv.co.uk/music/sessions/kids_in_glass_houses?v=1) for a media project i am doing, but have yet to find a way
ive tried the command-option-a method in safari but with no luck
could someone recommend an easy way to rip this video? thanks
