Ripping TV shows! Need Help!

Well, I have Handbrake, if there's any software I need, just say so. What I want to do is rip my Samurai Champloo DVDs so that I can go to the menu, and pick scenes and stuff like that.

Put DVD in
Launch Handbreak
Choose DVD as source
Then under titles/chapters (I cannot recall the name of the drop down) and choose chapter 1, label that as episode 1.
Add to queue.
Choose chapter 2, label that as episode 2.
Add to queue.

Rinse and repeat.
