I know this issue has already been adressed but im confused. See within the first few days maybe a week or of owning my macbook, i was able to rip, and burn two DVDs simply using the Disk Utility, creating disk images etc...now anytime i try i am unsuccessfull. Usually says i cannot copy due to lack of permission. Was it just beginner luck or am i missing something?

Thanks,
Drtray

The DVD's you try to copy might be copy protected. Try ripping the DVD's you were able to rip before again. If the problem persists I have no solution, if it doesn't get MacTheRipper. It should be able to surcomvent the copy protection.
