Rising prices for 2010 refurbed airs?

Hello everyone. I have been tracking the refurb market since I am just about to buy a 2010 air, and I have noticed that sometimes a model will come up at a much higher price than normal. Is there anything to this?

They also include some non-refurbished clearance units on the same page (unsold new inventory of the 2010 model).
