rMBP 13" Geekbench 7800 score vs 6700

Hey guys when looking over the bench mark scores for this machine I see there is a big difference on the same machines, that fluctuate between 6700-7800.

Why is that, if the machine is exactly the same?

I know that the CPU will scale down if temperature gets too high...it is possible some people were already taxing the CPU when running geekbench in the background giving them lower scores. But that is just speculation.
