rMBP 15" 2012 trackpad right side not working

So i have noticed that the far right side of my track pad on my rMBP does not do double click or click at all when hovering over things on the computer.
It Does not work on my windows partition either.

Has anyone else had this issue?

it physically doesn't click down? or just not registering the jesters?

one of four of my brand new rMBP's my pad physically wouldn't click down.. used some force, heard a crunch then worked. Apple got that computer back as soon as i was done w my research over the weekend.

It's faulty..

Book a genius bar appointment or phone AppleCare. You should still be within your warranty period.
