rMBP 15'' Screen Flickering

I have just noticed that my screen on my rMBP does this exact same thing as this video:

and it only happens when I'm going through images on Facebook. Is this a software related issue or what is it?

I bought this computer 3 weeks ago so I will take it for a repair if it's hardware.

By the way I checked and my screen is a samsung screen.
