rMBP 2015 not waking while in win8.1 bootcamp

This happens whenever it goes to sleep for more then a few hours. If it's only been 30mins or an hour it wakes right up. But every morning I sit down to work and have to disconnect monitor, keyboard and mouse then hold the power button for 10 seconds for it to power back up like it does when it's completely turned of and press option key after the dig. What's weird is that after I sign in everything is there how I left it last.
