rMBP and airline adapter

Writing this from 34,000' right now... and watching my battery drain. I searched to no avail.

I have the airline adapter and bought the Magsafe > Magsafe 2. I have used this a couple times with my new rMBP and while it doesn't charge, it at least doesn't discharge.

Today I'm plugged into seat power and... nothing. I have the green light, so it's getting juice, but there's no charge or "not charging" or anything. The machine is acting no differently than if I was on pure battery.

Any ideas???

If it US Airways, the plugs don't connect to power. The jacks are there, but the actual power delivery stuff was stripped out a few years ago on most of their domestic fleet.

As an update: I had to reset the machine twice but it ended up working finally. The seat power is active on American's 767-200s, there was just something wonky about the computer.

I blame gremlins.
