rMBP and Microsoft Word?

Not sure where to post this so bear with me if this is the wrong place..
I have had my rMBP for 8 months now and have been using Pages ever since, however with Uni starting again it has been a hassle with the Microsoft Word conversions and such... I'm just wondering has Microsoft updated Office Word to be compatible with the retina screen? I know previously it was not (hence why I am using Pages) but I have not heard anything since. Thanks!

Yes, Microsoft 'Office for Mac 2011' has been updated for Retina compatibility.
