Bought my RMBP about a week ago and I noticed that when the menu bar battery indicator reaches 100% and the charging light turns green, the battery isn't fully charged according to istat on dashboard and in the about/power section.

Usually the indictor light turns green at about 95% and it continues to charge according to istat and the hardware menu. I tried calibrating it last night and it didn't do anything. Any ideas?

The rate of charging decreases as your battery reaches 100% capacity.
As you can see, the battery in the example reaches near-full capacity after about 2 hours, and trickle charging is used after that. So whilst the battery may not be 100% charged, it's near enough as makes no difference.

Also I'm fairly sure calibration only applies to removable batteries.
