Hi all, after updating the OS of my rMBP (mid 2012) to Sierra, it got an annoying problem, hope anyone could give me some insight.

Every time I shut down the device completely and turn it on again, and after login to my account, it will completely black out and show need charging as if it got no battery left. When I plug in the power source, it wake and resume normal, but showing 100% battery level remaining. This happen to me every time I shut down the rMBP, and if I forgot to bring the adapter with me, it will never wake up again though I give it a full charge a night before. I tried to reset the SMC but seems no luck... any advice will be much appreciated!

I have reserved the Genius Bar and looking for a check. However as it is out of warranty already I don't think they can help much...
