I just got my rMBP from my Genius Bar where they replaced the screen and case. Everything seems to be fixed now, expect for the battery which hasn't been performing as well as it did before it was fixed. I'm wondering whether or not the battery was replaced with the case and I simply need to let the battery cycle a few times before I see an improvement (iStat Pro says the battery has only had 3 cycles, when it was nearing 100 cycles before the repair), or if it could be something else (like me OCDing about my laptop).

Anyone have any similar experiences, and if so, did you figure out what it was?

They swapped the bottom case so you got a new battery also. The battery is glued to the bottom case so the guys at the retail stores won't be swapping only the case.

They send those back to the repair centers for further processing.
