I have NO idea what people are complaining about the Retina MBP for. It's the most wow factor I've seen in a computer except for maybe an SSD. I would not hesitate in the slightest in recommending it.

That and SSD's I think are one of the best advancements in computing technology ever. Particularly when looking at photos it feels like I'm looking through a window to real life. Not at a computer. I look forward to seeing how it advances over the coming years.

Well its simple.

For some, they're unhappy with the screen. Just look at the image retention screen.

For others, its the battery performance, and there's those that think its overly expensive.

The bottom line, is that you cannot please everyone with every product, this is not including the fact it may not perform to a given user's expectations
