Just picked up my RMBP today - had a bad bottom panel (2 minor dents) out of the box. Took it to the store and they replaced it no issue. Using it tonight I noticed 2 dead pixels in different areas of the panel.

I have no desire to return it for two pixels I can't really notice. However my question is, am I able to take it in later if they do start to be noticeable to me and annoy me? Or do I have to do it now if I ever want to have it fixed?

For any wondering, my screen is a Samsung.

You might as well just take it in now, even two dead pixels could be twenty when you wake up tomorrow morning.

In other words, it has a strong possibility of getting worse, you might as well cut to the chase and get a replacement as soon as possible.

How can you see 2 out of 5 million pixels?

Solid white area (like the textbox I'm typing this in) - two areas where it isn't white. Fairly easy? Maybe they are clusters of more than 1 pixel, but it looks like 1 pixel each to me. /shrug
