Hello,
I picked up my Retina Macbook Pro yesterday, and put my old 500 GB hard drive into a USB 3.0 enclosure. I'm plugging it in and OS X isn't recognizing the drive. After about 5 minutes,a message pops up:
"You can still open or copy files on the disk, but you cant save changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can."
I see that other people have been having issues on Apple's support forums:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4044696?start=15&tstart=0
Does anyone have any tips, I want to use Migration Assistant so I can get important files/documents from my old Hard Drive.
Thanks
Ivan
