rMBP HDMI out video choppy

Anyone else's video out choppy, kind of like it's frame rate is really low? I can't figure it out, I'm new to Mac. Anyone have any ideas? I've tried using Dedicated graphics, but its still choppy.

For me I haven't had any issues with frame-rate unless I'm doing "AirPlay" via AppleTV. So far my experience using HDMI have been smooth.
