rMBP - how many are actually experiencing ghosting and lagging

I am seriously considering buying a 15" rMBP at the moment but I have been reading a lot of complaints on this forum that has made me skeptical about buying it. I'm wondering if it's just the loud minority that is complaining about these problems or I should expect to experience ghosting and lagging three months after I buy the computer and be dissatisfied with it?

So those of you that have had a rMBP for some time now are you happy or not?

The only reason you hear so much is because most people come on here looking for solutions for problems. Total rmbp visitors here make up a small percentage of all buyers.

Nobody comes here to post a thread saying "I bought my rmbp, and it works".

Think about it. My rMBP is perfect, the best computer I've ever used.

Buy it. Put it through every possible scenario you can think of during the 14 day return period. Mine was fine after that, so I kept it. It's a great machine.
