rMBP lag is worse in ML, don't update!

I had experienced no scroll lag or any sort of UI lag whatsoever under Lion, but today I foolishly upgraded from Lion to Mountain Lion and mission control stutters when changing desktops and scrolling in firefox/safari is laggy.

Don't make the same mistake I did, wait for apple to address these issues before updating.

You're experiences are the exact opposite of everyone else.
 
I'm having no issues with scroll lag under ML at all with my rMBP. I even have the resolution scaled to 1680x1050 and there are no issues

I am having an issue with the SMC update though.. Half the time when I try to log in the mac shows a black screen and a hard reboot is needed. Not good

I think it's interesting to note that when changing desktops in mission control using ctrl + desktop number there is no lag, but if I use three finger swiping or ctrl + arrow key there is stuttering. This is definitely a software problem and not a hardware problem.

Mission Control is snappy and lag-less for me.
Only when swiping to another desktop in normal desktop mode it shutters a little.
 
I'm siding with the others - my experience is the exact opposite of yours. Others looking to upgrade: don't be mislead by this guy.

Funny, I had no scroll lag under lion nor under Mountain Lion after I upgraded...
