rMBP late ''13 VS MBA mid ''13 SLOWER?

I have just watched two videos (see below) on youtube comparing both laptops and it looks like MBA was faster than MBP to start up. No big deal, but still I was wondering if this is normal?

That's not a rMBP in the first video. It's a 13" MBP with Built to Order with an optional SSD. So it's a SATA SSD, not a PCIe SSD.

The MBA should be faster.

The second video doesn't load.
