rMBP lid clicking with case

Hi
When I open the lid of my macbook to a certain point, it strains to open. If I push it more it will click and continue to open fully to where I want it. This only occurs when I have the Incipio case on. Is this supposed to happen or is there a fix?

This is the Incipio Feather I'm assuming? I had this case on my macbook air and the I had the same exact problem, I think it's a defect by Incipio.
