Hey guys, I don't either a retina macbook pro or a macbook air but I found this pretty cool project on kickstarter, http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1342319572/the-nifty-minidrive?ref=category. Basically it's an adapter to fit a microSD card in the laptop and have it fit flush in the body.

Seems pretty decent. Max storage on microSD seems to be about 64GB (128GB has recently been announced) at 65$ on amazon and has a 30MB/s speed.

I was checking that out last night. Trying to decide if I would need one of those to go with my rMBP 256gig. Looks like it'd cost about $90 for the adapter and a 64gb card.
