I've been searching high and low for an answer, but haven't been able to find one at all.

Is Netflix already supporting the rMBP? Whenever I watch something that is supposed to be superHD it seems blurry, the subtitles are also very jagged. It could be that the video sources do make use of the retina screen, but I just can't be sure since I think safari is reporting 1440x900 as max resolution and silverlight just doesn't seem to support it.

Someone who can tell me a workaround or prove to me that I'm lying will be in my debt.

Why not call them and ask if they do

If you think its safari, try chrome.

Watching it with scaled resolution at 1200p seems to help for me. I have this issue with the game Hearthstone too. I can only play at max 900p but when I switch my scaled resolution to 1200p then it tops out at that resolution instead.
