After installing bootcamp, if I restart or shut down and start my computer up it only restarts into Windows unless I press down the option key. Is there any way to make it so that it restarts into my Mac OS X and can boot into Windows using the Option key?

Restart in Mac OS X, then go to System Preferences > Startup Disk and select your default.

This.

I use BootChamp when I'm in OSX to reboot in Windows, and when I'm in Windows I use the option in the System tray to "restart in OSX".
