When you brought it in did was the screws loose? Or were they too tight?
I've noticed that my case tends to flex with pressure when I have it on my lap because on a solid surface it dosen't do it (when I place my left palm down on next to the trackpad I feel it flex in and touch the battery because my thigh pushes the bottom of the case up and when I run my hand through the bottom of the case it makes the cracking sounds) and I'm assuming because its lose on the left side (because my right side is unable to reproduce the issue).
Unless my right side is to tight hence the flexing on the left? haha I'm not sure.
I just ordered the screw driver and it should be here within the following days but was just wondering what it was for those who did get it tightened or loosen.
