rMBP screen "tearing" when scrolling.

So after I updated to 10.9 I noticed my computer took a bit more time to redraw certain sections of the screen. At first I thought it was Chrome, but I noticed it in Preview too :/

2.3ghz
16gb ram
15" rMPB

Graphics switching is turned off. any ideas?

I figured it out. It only happened when i had a Skype video call running. Downgraded from Skype 6.9 to 6.3 and the problem is fixes. Hope this helps someone with the same problem.
