Im a recent owner of teh 15" rmbp on Mountain Lion. I have some queries for your advice.

I have Oracle's JDK7 installed and Davmail/Arduino installed. But Davmail/Arduino seems to insist on JRE6 only, so I install following its link (Software Update).
My questio is .. where is this JRE6 installed ?
In System Preference -> Java, I can see only JRE7.
Where is this Console for JRE6 ?
In Terminal, when I execute java or javac, it refers to version 1.7 automatically. What if I want to run JRE6 ? Where is the path ?

I have configured Time Machine for external backup. I enable the option to encrypt the HDD.
When I eject the Time Machine HDD for teh first time after backup, it indicates it has two partitions.
Subsequent usage also allows me to either one or all partitions.
How is that so ?
