I had this rMBP 13 inch for a 2 months now but the trackpad has been a disappointment. I don't know why it doesn't click well. It requires more pressure to push onto to get it to actually acknowledge the action.

Sometimes, after clicking it a lot will relieve the pressure but once I leave the laptop alone again it will revert back to the stuck stage. Any suggestions?

Take or send it in for repair/replacement.

I'd otherwise suggest using "tap to click" as a workaround in the meantime (I actually prefer to use mine that way), but you don't want to be stuck with that bum trackpad when your warranty runs out.

definitely take it in but start using tap to click anyways - so much easier. Apple's turn around time is pretty good
