Have been having issues with my RMBP since purchase. with creaking from the case, with use the creaking has gotten worse and worse. I am awaiting confirmation of a replacement. But today the bottom left of the trackpad didnt click like it should, almost as if it was pressed a bit already and was stuck it also didnt make an obvious click noise. Im wondering if its related to the creaking which I believe is because the baseplate is not set right. Any ideas? its fine now on a hard table surface but comes along when laptop is on my lap or leg.

the battery is lose (its held down by some cheap double sided tape), and the battery is just directly below the trackpad. On the new iPhone 5 this problem is well known, the either theres no double sided tape under the iPhone 5 or its not firm caused the battery to shake up n down making the "creaking" noise.
