rMBP unable to sleep nor wake up

Hello, it has been to my attention that sometimes the rMBP 15" does not sleep under Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit. Whenever this happened, my laptop was very hot when I took it out of the bag. The Apple Logo was on even the lid was closed.

Sometimes the computer also fails to wake up.

Are these drivers problems?
