Road trip app?

Anybody use a good road trip planning app?
I am going on a road trip this summer and it would be cool to have an app where I could post all the locations, hotels, points of interest, etc. I plan to visit.

Other features
Add hotel confirmation numbers
GPS tracking to my next destination
Create lists of items to bring along
MPG tracker traffic, construction reports and weather reports along my route would be nice.
