I have just set up Roadrunner Mail on the Mac, which was harder than I expected. My old PC machine has the email messages that I wanted to keep- anywhere from 5 years old. How do I get these messages onto my Mac Mail? I could forward all of them (there are thousands), but this would take a while, and it would look like all of them were from myself, not from who really sent them. I also thought of somehow putting them on a USB drive, but the USB port does not work on the PC. When I set up Gmail accounts, they automatically put the old messages into my Inbox, but this is not the case for the Roadrunner account. How do I get these messages to my Mac Mail?

Yes, I am using MS Outlook. I tried the link, but I couldn't find the link to download the application because it was in German. Can you point me to the link, or find another place that has the app (in English, would be preferable)?
