Roaming Network with AirPort Express and Virgin Media Superhub

Hello

Just bought the new 2012 AirPort Express. I am trying to create a roaming network (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4260). My main router is a virgin media superhub which is connected to a powerline network and then into the express.

Can't get this to work. Is it even possible since my main router is non-apple?
