Anyone else get hit with robocalls all of a sudden today starting at noon PST? Normally, I get 1 or 2, but it’s been 1-3 every hour since...

I can go days without any and then 8 hit in a day.

Think your number just came up in the RoboScam lottery...

I guess so. Just got another too. Didn’t they pass a law recently to stop these?

Yes, but most of these originate from overseas.

My hope is that the evolution of STIR/SHAKEN will help cut them down, althoughI think it's found to take years to fully fix this.

If you have an iPhone on iOS 13, you can set the phone to silently pass unknown numbers to voice mail.

Yeah, I have an 11 Pro Max. Gonna have to do this! Thanks. I have never had this many Robocalls in a single day. Sooooo annoying.

FYI...

iOS 13 has an offering where you can enable ‘send unknown phone number(s)’ straight to voicemail without your phone ringing. For some, that’s an advantage, for others that won’t work if they’re expecting a call from clients/businesses, etc.
