Rock Band 2 and MW2 questions!

I've had conflicting answers whilst Googling so I figured its probably worth asking here...
Rockband 2; can you buy individual songs from downloadable song packs? (there's a Who song I'm after but it's in a pack)
Modern Warfare 2; does it have split screen co-op?

1. Yes, they usually make the songs available piece-meal, though it costs a bit more to do so I believe.

2. Yes, MW2 does have split screen co-op. I'm not sure if it works for online competitive, but the Spec-Ops mode has a split screen option.
