Rock Band crashes trying to restore purchases

When I go to the music store and click Restore Purchases, I enter my iTunes password, then the game quits to the home screen. Any ideas? Any else?

I'm running the latest version (1.2.17) and contacted the vendor but getting no response. Tried reinstalling many times.
