My password needed to be reset, but when I entered my email, they never sent a new temporary password to my email. I've tried several times and it fails each time. I'm trying to log in so I can purchase apps/renew licenses!

Any advice?

I've been waiting on a reply for over a week now. Try to forget about Rock if you can. Like you, I could not login to my account and the password recovery does not work. Emailing the owner doesn't work either.

This is INCREDIBLY annoying.

For ****s and giggles I tried opening a new account and that was very easy ... it's amazing they'll take their money easily but won't provide service at all.
 
The problem isn't the password, it's the whole damn program in my not so humble opinion.

That's the American way these days. Take the money and run. I should start a business.
