Anyone have this? I picked it up, love the flush fit design and it was cheap... but is it normal that the blue power light to be ON constantly? Even if its not charging, or the vehicle not running it will still be ON... ???

That's dependent on your car. Some cars shut off the power to the cigarette lighter adapter, but others keep them on.

So do you think its cool to leave it on and the light on constantly?

It should be OK. It's not like leaving your headlights on and draining your battery.
