iPad Rocky raccoon untethered 5.1.1 wants to remove itself.

Hi guys,

I have a iPad 2 64GB wifi only. It's on 5.1.1 untethered ofcourse. Everytime I try to update or install a new app in cydia, rocky raccoon wants to automatically delete itself. It's always in the remove que.

How can I solve this?
