why not? this way they get users who can't afford the 50+/mo and will get soooo much cash from people who accidently click on mail or weather and stuff when they're not on wifi

although, i'm really surprised if apple would allow this

Of course they will not !!!!!!!!!! Come on, when has Roger's ever offered us anything even close to that good of a deal. Obviously the person who wrote that article got the wonderful $15 add on package confused with a voice only package. Will not happen !!!!!!! They would have announced it all ready. That being said, maybe to offset how pissed off every one is at them right now...who knows
