Rogers iPhone settings for POP accounts?

Hi there, I just bought an unlocked 1st gen iPhone, and was getting it all setup today. I'm having some trouble pulling down email from a pop account, and also sending.

Can anyone post what their settings are on their iPhones so I can figure out where I went wrong?

hello? Are there no Canadians out there who have an unlocked iphone on the rogers network who use pop email?

Just wondering if you can give me your settings, tips and tricks etc...
