Rogue Trash Item

I tried searching and came up empty.

There's an item in my Trash that seems to like it in there and won't go away. It's an installer package for CoreDuoTemp. Everything else I put in the trash seems to go away like normal. I really don't know what to do.

iMac 20" C2D, OS X 10.4.8

Try the Secure Empty Trash, and if that doesn't work, restart and try it again. That usually works for me.
