Roli not Connecting BT

One of the main reasons I bought a mini m1 is to use the roli hardware with BT, windows doesn't work BT at all anymore.

So I got my BT keyboard and mouse setup so I use a usb mouse to turn off BT to try and get it to find the Roli stuff.

It won't let me turn off BT because it says I won't be able to control the computer then.

So I remove the BT mouse and keyboard, so the BT window has nothing in it.

But I still can't turn off BT, it says I won't have control of the computer then.

I rebooted the computer and boot up with only a usb mouse, same thing, can't turn off BT.

Do I have to register my input device or something?
