Rollback firm ware ?

Is it safe to rollback firmware updates ? My 17" MBP was quite as hell until I decided to update the firmware. Yes, I know it was released a while ago, the only reason I updated was to see if it solved my new issues of sleep problems. Which is a whole other complaint.

Anyway, now this thing is buzzing like my 15" and its driving me nuts. Before anyone suggests it, running photobooth or what not is NOT an option. It kills the battery and makes the system unstable. Run it for 2 weeks straight and watch your system crumble

You won't have any problems using an older firmware. Although i'm not sure you can just install an older one, it might say that you have a newer one installed and quit out of the 'updater'. If this happens, Install 1.0 of the firmware with this:

Then run the firmware update that you want.
