Roma and Airport Extreme

I am trying to setup my new Ooma phone in the following: Modem>Ooma> Airport Extreme.

But I see the error Double Nat in Airport setting and no internet

I can get everything work if I go modem>Airport>Ooma but Ooma instructions says the other way gives a clearer phone reception.

Anyone have experience with Ooma and Airport Extremes?
