Roms running slow in 1.1.3 (devteam)

I own the 16gb ipod touch and i upgraded to 1.1.3jailbreak 2 weeks ago and all the roms ran perfectly then..... but now their slowed down and very laggy. Could anyone explain why these have slowed, i ise NES, GPsphone and Snesforiphone.
